Candy Fundraising

Fund raising is an essential aspect of school life. Clubs and other programs such as drama and music depend on their fellow members to sell lots of candy to fund for their establishment. Sometimes, fund raising can be a vigorous task, as in, its not that easy to sell candy. When I got my first candy box, it took me months to sell it, and I didn’t get all my money because I realized I gave some people on credit-but they took advantage of me. Oh well, at the same time, I had vital experience with this. What did I learn and what can you do to make a successful candy sale?

• Simply remember, no matter who you’re selling to, in business, if you sell them on credit, your basically liable for their payment. Meaning, if they don’t pay you, you’re going to pay for them when its time to turn in your dues.
• Also, remember how to sell the candy, put it in a place where its visible for potential consumers to find the box aesthetically pleasing and mouth watering, thus giving you a whole lotta business.
