iPhone firmware 2.0 hacked already?

So I was talking to my buds the other day and he told me that the iPhone’s firmware of 2.0 coming out in May or June has already been hacked. He told me that the firmware was leaked and the hackers got hold of it and cracked it. This means that when the official release is out in the market, time won’t be lost in hacking it. Pretty cool how these people do it, but if you have iPhone or an iPod touch, remember, jailbreaking(hacking) your ipod will void your warranty. On the bright side, usually when you mess up in the process of cracking, or it just doesn’t work out, their are always ways to restore it to factory settings, so its usually safe.

In my experience, I have an iPod touch, and currently, mines jailbreaked to 1.1.4. If anyone needs help or wants to ask about something, ask! I have done it so many times, and acquired many apps, so if your just wondering how to get something, or your having trouble finding a specific source, ask and I’ll see if I can help. One thing I want to make clear is that I am not sure if gpSphone and psx4all work for 1.1.4 or 1.1.3, because it didn’t work for me. If you find out if it works, don’t hesitate to tell me. All in all, I am pretty much excited for the new firmware since I heard its going to bring room for more games that companies such as Sega have collaborated with each other in the conquest of a successful gaming platform. I am sure those games will be hacked soon after their release, and it won’t be necessary to pay for it.

Miscellaneous Ramblings – Feb 18.

The fact is- do we take any time for ourselves ? I am not sure about many of you, but I sort of enjoy what nature has to offer. Many of you might be thinking of me being some maniac about nature or something, but not yet. I am talking about the upcoming lunar eclipse. Lunar eclipse is coming up and I think it will be worth seeing. So, what exactly is lunar eclipse?

Lunar eclipse is – Celestial event during which the Moon passes through the shadow of the Earth, temporarily darkening its surface.

It’s basically the darkening of the moon for awhile, and I am ready to see it.

Theme Change

The site really needs a theme change, and I am looking on some free ones, but found nothing great. Anyways, I’ll be trying to get a nice theme soon, but again it might take a while. Also, I will be adding more features to this site, so stay tuned as you may just get the next thousand dollar idea. Hint: this is more realistic than a million dollar idea right?
