Manhunt 2

Manhunt 2 gets 2 times the release, the first release being from the ban implemented by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), the second release being the actual game into the UK. The British Board of Film Classification banned the game for its over portrayal of extreme violence, but this has now been over turned after legal challenges made by the game makers. The BBFC stated that such casual sadism and brutal slaying may be too influential and pose a threat to both minors and adults. The game involves using improvised weapons (such as a syringe, a piece of wood etc) and stealth executions in order to avoid being detected while escaping a mental facility. The game has been given an 18 certificate for its very strong sadistic violence and realistic blood sound effects.
